2. Products and Prices

  • Prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT 25,5%.

  • We may update prices, product availability, or descriptions at any time.

  • Handmade items may vary slightly in color, shape, or size; these are not defects but part of the product’s unique character.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are placed via our online store. After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

  • Payment methods include credit/debit cards, online banking, or other options at checkout.

  • Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

4. Delivery

  • Shipping is available within Finland and the EU, unless otherwise stated.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services or events beyond our control (force majeure).

5. Digital Products and Courses

  • Gift cards are delivered electronically via email unless stated otherwise.

  • Course bookings are confirmed after payment.

  • We may reschedule or cancel a course due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you may choose a new date or receive a full refund.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

  • To withdraw, contact us at hello@noorakarila.com with your order number.

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Exceptions:

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.

  • Courses that have already started or been attended cannot be refunded.

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receipt.

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the item according to Finnish law.

8. Liability

  • We are responsible for product defects, delivery errors, and damages as required by Finnish Consumer Protection Law and other mandatory laws.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or if otherwise required by law.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by Finnish law.

  • Disputes should first be resolved by negotiation.

  • If no agreement is reached, the consumer may contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) or file a claim at the district court in their domicile in Finland.
