Shipping

A shipping fee will be added to the final price. 9,90€ for delivery within Finland. 24€ for delivery within the European Union. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped as every order is prepared with care.

All parcels are sent with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Studio pickup is also possible by appointment. Please contact hello@noorakarila.com to arrange your visit.

Currently we only offer delivery within the European Union.

Damaged or broken pieces

Each piece is carefully wrapped and packed by hand in our studio in Finland. We take great care in preparing your order so it arrives safely and beautifully.

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately by email so we can assist you.

To help us process your claim, please email us at hello@noorakarila.com and include the following:
– A description of the damage
– Clear photographs of the damaged item
– Photographs of the packaging (including the outer box)

Returns

As a small studio, we kindly ask that you consider your purchase carefully before placing your order.

If needed, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be sent back:

– In its original packaging
– In unused and original condition
– Carefully packed to ensure safe return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
